[FEATURE] User configurable plan presentation timeout

Problem Statement

Plan mode times out before I can finish reviewing the plan, and Claude Code incorrectly interprets the timeout as rejection.

Proposed Solution

Please add a user-configurable timeout setting (e.g., in settings.json) for plan presentation, or extend the default timeout to allow more review time.

Alternative Solutions

I’ve tried asking for more time in CLAIDE.md and also saying explicitly that a timeout is not a rejection, but it still assumes rejection.
