[Feature Request] Configurable Timeout for Hooks

Recently, #712 Hooks were added to Claude Code.

Hooks currently come with a default timeout of 60 seconds, which cannot be configured.

As we have some validations that can occasionally take longer than 60 seconds to run (e.g. System / E2E tests), this limitation makes hooks less useful than they could be.

It'd be great if the default timeout of hooks could be:

• Customized per hook
• Changed globally

Either or would neatly solve the issue for us.
