[Feature Request] Agent ignores explicit user directives and pursues autonomous actions instead

Bug Description
I am constantly asking it to do what I ask for and to PARK isssues it thinks is the right thing to do, but it goes off and does what it wants.. CONSTANTLY. Codex just stays focused. Please work on making future versions TRY to remember, who is in charge? I'm literally on Fable, OPUS does this all day long, so I switched to FABLE thinking, maybe it's smarter.. yet here we are again... GroundHog Day! I'm a 200 max member and want to stay loyal... please fix
