Desktop (Windows): manual drag-and-drop session reordering within groups removed

Claude Code Desktop on Windows, updated Aug 23: sessions inside custom groups can no longer be manually reordered by drag-and-drop — only the sort dropdown (Alphabetically / Created time / Recency) applies. Previously any custom order was possible within a group.

Repro:

  1. Create a custom group with multiple sessions.
  2. Drag a session to reorder within the group.
  3. It snaps back to the selected sort order.

Request: restore manual ordering within groups, independent of the sorting dropdown (e.g. a "Manual" sort option).
