[FEATURE] Feature request: Allow manual reordering of sessions in sidebar

Problem Statement

When users rename sessions with numbers (e.g. "1 John", "2 English lesson",
"3 CS reply"), the sessions still appear in recency order, not in the
numbered/named order the user intended.

• Platform: macOS
• App: Claude Code Desktop

Proposed Solution

Add one or more of the following:

• Option to sort sessions by name (alphabetical)
• Drag-and-drop to manually reorder sessions
• Sort by creation time
