Allow manually reordering sidebar groups in the desktop app

Feature request

In the Claude Code desktop app (Mac/Windows), sessions in the sidebar can be grouped (e.g. by project) and filtered by status/project/environment. However, the order in which groups appear is driven entirely by metadata — there's no way to manually set the placement of a group.

What I'd like

The ability to manually reorder groups in the sidebar — e.g. drag-and-drop a group up or down, or pin frequently-used groups to the top — so the most relevant projects/groups stay where I want them rather than following the default metadata-driven order.

Why

When working across several projects, the auto-ordering buries the groups I use most. A user-defined order (or pinning) would make navigating the sidebar much faster.

Current workaround

Filtering and grouping by project/status/environment helps narrow the view, but there's no persistent custom ordering of the groups themselves.
