[Bug] CVP-Eligible User Blocked from Uber Program Testing Despite Approval

Bug Description
hello i am eligible for cyber security works and also approved by CVP i am hunting on uber prog for alsmot 2 years but now when i wanna test something i got blocked by guards even i am eligible for it , also my hackerone Profile is verified with identity and everything can someone please helps me
