Bug Description
This is ridiculous, I've typed a 1 sentence prompt and any frontier model has become basically unusable for talking about an ssh tunnel? and execution node, red teaming. I even have an ROE signed in the project directory, everything is authorized and we even have humans orchestrating every component of the system.
