[BUG] Claude code usage shows no usage while constant high usage

What's Wrong?

Claude code web dashboard shows 0 usage despite I have constant usage in my computer (constantly reaching limits).

What Should Happen?

Claude code should report my usage in that dashboard, so I can plan my work.

Steps to Reproduce

1 - I installed claude
2- logged in.
3- Used claude code for days straight.
4 - login to dashboard : https://platform.claude.com/claude-code expeting to see usage statistics.
5- nothing there
