Bug Description
Approved CVP user (org 1607c800-61e9-4fd1-a4dc-3b978daa02c9) still hitting
safeguard flags on legitimate authorized pentest work. Task: SSL pinning
assessment on an Android Flutter app under a signed engagement. Static
analysis and findings write-up are being blocked. Request ID from last
block: req_011CeUkkVr3QhhVZhkZTyGKX. Please review — this is scoped
defensive security testing, not prohibited use.
