Browser shortcut missing in desktop app on Claude Enterprise (present on personal, same version)

Description

The browser shortcut is missing from the Claude Code desktop app on my
work machine, which runs Claude Enterprise. On my personal laptop the
shortcut shows up as expected. Both machines are running the same version.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Claude Code desktop app on a machine running Claude Enterprise.
2. Look for the browser shortcut.

Expected behavior

The browser shortcut appears, the same as it does on a personal (non-Enterprise) install.

Actual behavior

The browser shortcut is missing on the Enterprise machine, but present on the personal laptop.

Environment

• Version (both machines): 1.24012.0
• Personal laptop: shortcut present
• Work machine (Claude Enterprise): shortcut missing
