[BUG] You're out of extra usage on Enterprise

Bug Description
Error shows "out of usage" across all platforms on enterprise plan on only one account among all other plan members.
Started after monthly reset when limit was increased by admin. Limit was increased before monthly reset. Did not hit limit before monthly reset. Admin confirmed all settings are correct.
