[Feature Request] Improve API key provisioning workflow for enterprise security teams

Bug Description
it's quite frustrating that I've done this dance multiple times before - you provide me with a URL that I cannot easily share with my org admin for them to submit a complex web form and answer questions that they are unfamiliar with, all to enable ongoing malware analysis. The behaviors are semi-random, and hard to predict what will work and what won't anymore, reducing trust in your product and ability to support me in my critical security analyses of inbound malware reports.
