shortcut @ for file paths

shortcut @ for file paths
doesn't see the folder/file names .*

For example these don't get listed

.vscode/
tst/.tst/
.tst.txt

The other poblem is that when I say run a.sh in @tmp and I should mean run it ./tmp, it runs it in /tmp.
It would be better that the shortcut prefix the paths to with ./ or sth that the model gets it is relative to project folder.
