[Bug] Initial Launch Input Blocking: Unable to Type or Interact with Menu

Bug Description
there is an issue when claude code first launches where i am unable to type anything or interact with the menu unless i right-click to paste the clipboard and hit enter, or thereabout. it is worked around that way but it always happens on launch. i think this started for me around 1.0.115
