[Bug] Performance Degradation and Input Lag on Initial Launch

Bug Description
My claude code is taking a lot of time to start taking prompt input. Also when i am starting to type in, it starts lagging and unable to reflect my keystrokes in the input box. Feels like some heavy background work is going on when claude code is launched causing it to lag a lot. After like 15-20 minutes of launching, it is pretty smooth
