[BUG] Unable to interact when switching focus and back

What's Wrong?

When i click into another app to give it focus, and then back into the terminal, I am completely unable to interact with a multiple choice question, including canceling with ESC or anything else. The only way of solving this is closing the window (killing claude code) and reopening the terminal to resume the session

What Should Happen?

I should be able to interact normally with the Question

Steps to Reproduce

1. Tell claude to ask you a multiple choice question
2. Click into another Window while the question is open
3. Click back into the terminal
