What's Wrong?

Same issue on Windows 11 ARM64 (HP, Snapdragon), Claude 1.20186.1.0 arm64 (Microsoft Store). Host side completes (load_swift_api), guest never connects, times out at 60s. Get-HnsNetwork returns nothing — no Default Switch — even after: enabling VirtualMachinePlatform + HypervisorPlatform, bcdedit hypervisorlaunchtype auto, HNS.data reset, hns/vmcompute/CoworkVMService restarts, multiple reboots, and workspace reinstall. hcsdiag list shows no stale VMs. Hypervisor is detected per systeminfo. Log also shows intermittent "smol-bin.vhdx locked by running VM (EBUSY)"
