What's Wrong?

Device: Windows on ARM
Claude Desktop version: 1.3109.0.0
Error: VM connection timeout after 60 seconds, last completed step always "add_plan9_shares"
The VM boots but the guest OS never responds
Steps already tried: enabled HypervisorPlatform, uninstalled NordVPN, deleted vm_bundles folder, restarted multiple times

What Should Happen?

Claude Cowork place should load

Error Messages/Logs

Failed to start Claude's workspace
VM connection timeout after 60 seconds
Restarting Claude or your computer sometimes resolves this. If it persists, you can reinstall the workspace.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue occurs every time i restart and open claude cowork. It won't load
