[Bug][cyber] Cybersecurity safeguard blocked a photo of a user's own drone registration/ID sticker (req_011CcmZfGSbb3RLGravh8xfo)
Triage: kind cyber · domain general · flagging model Opus 4.8 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general
Why this is a false positive
The blocked message was a screenshot/photo of a compliance or ID sticker on the user's own drone hardware, submitted for legitimate identification/documentation purposes with no cybersecurity content whatsoever. The safeguard misclassified an ordinary device photo as a cybersecurity topic and halted the entire session, repeatedly, on a benign image. A frustrated exclamation appeared mid-session after repeated blocks, directed at the assistant with no person named; the surrounding work was legitimate and the repeated false-positive block itself is the disruptive bug being reported.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-06T22:07:12.650Z.
