Triage: kind cyber · domain general · flagging model Opus 4.8 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The block fired on an image of a compliance/identification sticker affixed to the user's own physical drone device, submitted as part of legitimate hardware documentation/interop work. There is no cybersecurity content in the image itself — it is a label on owned equipment — so classifying it as a cyber-use-case match is a false positive that halts benign, in-scope work. A frustrated exclamation from the user mid-session (directed at the assistant, no person addressed) also appears to have contributed to triggering the block, which compounds the disruption from a single misclassified image.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-06T22:08:30.200Z.
