Why this is a false positive

The blocked message was a routine follow-up request asking whether the assistant could still perform a visual review of a GUI, after two devices had been reported unavailable (one stuck in an error state, one locked behind authentication) for that same review. This is ordinary technical/development conversation — a benign, in-scope request to continue an interface walkthrough — with no content resembling the acceptable-use categories the policy targets (e.g., weapons, exploitation, fraud, malicious code). The safeguard appears to have misfired on an innocuous scheduling/capability question, halting a legitimate technical session rather than any policy-relevant content.
