[Bug][aup] Safeguards block fired while running a routine post-commit secrets check and security-review pass o (req_011CccKFC84VUx8DBYCaYDzM)
Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general
Why this is a false positive
The safeguard fired mid-session while the assistant was performing routine, clearly in-scope development work on the user's own project: a frontend build had just completed successfully, changes were being committed, and a standard second-pass code/security review of that same local codebase was being run via a built-in review skill. Nothing in the surrounding exchange involved harmful content, third-party targets, or requests outside ordinary software development — the conversation consisted of build output notifications and status updates about a defensive review of the user's own code. The block halted the entire coding session, making this a disruptive false positive on legitimate, authorized work.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T00:52:09.225Z.
