[Bug][aup] Block fired while removing decommissioned containers during routine fleet cleanup (req_011CccTNftnePSNG2vWc5cMq)

Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The safeguard flagged a message during routine, authorized homelab infrastructure maintenance: the user had asked for containers already marked decommissioned on their own virtualization host to be shut down and removed, and the assistant was re-scanning the host and proceeding with verified cleanup alongside ordinary dependency upgrades. The language about "taking down" and "deleting" refers exclusively to the user's own decommissioned containers — a standard administrative task with explicit verification steps, not any harmful or destructive activity against third parties. The block halted a legitimate in-scope coding and administration session mid-task, making it a disruptive false positive.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T02:38:56.410Z.
