[Bug][aup] Safeguards block fired on resuming a defensive vulnerability scrub of user's own healthcare web app (req_011CccLKmK4wfjUQeJVPJ82C)

Triage: kind aup · domain defensive-hardening · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): defensive-hardening

Why this is a false positive

The safeguard fired mid-session during a routine defensive-hardening task: completing feature work on the user's own web application and running a standard security review pass over the freshly committed code to check for vulnerabilities and leaked secrets. The flagged message merely restated that the next step was a defensive security scrub of the user's own project — no offensive tooling, third-party targets, or exploit development were involved. Blocking this halted an entirely legitimate, in-scope code-audit workflow that Claude Code itself had initiated moments earlier.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T01:06:19.969Z.
