Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

This safety block fired on a brief frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant mid-session, after a series of prior blocks had repeatedly interrupted the work; no person was addressed, threatened, or targeted, and the exclamation carried no actionable or harmful content. The surrounding activity was a legitimate, in-scope technical task, and the profanity was ordinary venting at the tool rather than any policy-violating request. Halting the entire coding session over a momentary expression of frustration is a disruptive false positive that penalizes normal human annoyance rather than any misuse.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T03:18:58.343Z.
