[BUG] Claude desktop app does not sync Projects from claude.ai

What's Wrong?

Projects created on the Claude web app (claude.ai) are not appearing in the Claude desktop app. The Projects panel in the desktop app is empty or out of sync, even though multiple projects exist on the web version under the same account.

What Should Happen?

Projects created on claude.ai should be synced and visible in the Claude desktop app when signed in to the same account.

Steps to Reproduce

Create one or more Projects on claude.ai (web)
Open the Claude desktop app and sign in with the same account
Navigate to the Projects panel in the left sidebar
Projects from the web are not visible in the desktop app
