[BUG] github sync not working with claude projects

What's Wrong?

claude projects unable to access github repo
they can find the github repo but the fetch is blocked

What Should Happen?

claude should be able to access the github files and index

the github fetch is blocked

Steps to Reproduce

1. just load any github repo into projects
2. ask to load the github project
3. github connection already established
4. github repo cant be accessed

Yes, this worked in a previous version

worked in opus 4.5 but stopped working yesterday
