What's Wrong?

Claude Code UI issue -- worktree chips do not have a Dismiss button.
What Should Happen?
Claude should Dismiss these chips when the commit is completed, or via a manual X button.

Steps to Reproduce
The chips appeared in the course of development of Android code. I do not have a sequence of steps to reproduce.
