Persistent "Fable 5 unavailable" banner has no dismiss and is redundant with the disabled selector entry

The model selector already shows Fable 5 as a disabled (greyed) entry with a tooltip explaining unavailability on hover. This is clear enough.

However, a persistent banner saying "Claude Fable 5 is currently unavailable. Learn more: ..." also appears above the input box in the main UI, with no dismiss button — even when the user has explicitly selected a different model (Opus 4.7 in my case, not Fable 5).

The banner is fully redundant with the disabled state already shown in the selector, and there is no way to hide it once read.

Please either remove the banner, or add a dismiss button.

Environment: Claude Code 2.1.177 (native installer), Windows 11.
