Dispatch mobile can't reach desktop — server-side pairing stuck

Dispatch toggle: ON in Claude Desktop > Cowork settings
Same account on both devices: confirmed
Same network: confirmed
Issue: Claude iOS app shows "Can't reach desktop" / never finds the Mac.
Desktop Dispatch toggle is enabled and blue. All local troubleshooting exhausted
(logout/login both devices, deleted bridge-state.json, Cmd+Q restart, re-toggled
Dispatch).

Based on those threads this appears to be a server-side pairing state stuck for
my account. Requesting a force-reset of the Dispatch pairing/desktop registration.
