[BUG] [Fable 5 model] is grayed out although I have a max account (individual)

What's Wrong?

Fable 5 is grayed out in model selector so I cannot use it.

What Should Happen?

Fable 5 model should be selectable in the models selector

There's an issue with the selected model (claude-fable-5). It may not exist or you may not have access to it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude code
2. open the model selector
3. Fable 5 is grayed out and cannot be selected.
