[BUG] Create button remains grayed out when creating a new routine

What's Wrong?

What's wrong:
The Create button on the New Routine form stays grayed out and unclickable even when all required fields are filled in: Name, Instructions, Repository, Trigger, and Connectors. No error messages or validation warnings are displayed anywhere on the form.
Steps to reproduce:

Open Claude Desktop app on Windows
Navigate to Code > Routines
Click New Routine
Enter a name
Paste instructions into the Instructions field
Select a GitHub repository
Select a trigger (tested with Daily, Weekdays, and Weekly — all same result)
Remove unnecessary connectors, leave only Notion
Create button remains grayed out with no explanation

What Should Happen?

Expected behavior:
Create button becomes active once all required fields are filled in.
