[BUG] dispatch stuck on Asleep cant reach desktop from IOS

What's Wrong?

Dispatch shows Asleep on IOS, cant reach your desktop error. Using Windows laptop, Iphone 17, Pro Plan.

Ive tried toggling Dispatch off/on, logging out/in on both devices, restarting desktop app, went through support bot.

What Should Happen?

Dispatch should show "Online" on IOS and allow sending tasks to the desktop when Claude Desktop is open and running.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Desktop on Windows laptop
2. Confirm Dispatch is enabled and "Keep Awake" is on
3. Open Claude IOS app and go to Dispatch
4. Dispatch shows "Asleep" and "Cant reach your desktop"
