[BUG] Anthropic surveys popping out of nowhere asking for a 1 ,2, 3, 4

What's Wrong?

I am using Claude 4.6 cli not the latest one

When I am in Claude cli and working on a feature, normally it involves a lot of subsequent steps to process ,
and then Anthropic surveys popping out of nowhere asking for a 1 ,2, 3, 4 option for knowing the satifaction level, these are interrupting the refactor or plan level, because it also conflicts with the existing steps I am following from the refactors or plans,

Can these surveys request some different options like A, B, C, D? , I just answered some of them and I think I did it by mistake in several of them and it wasn't a fair answer.

What Should Happen?

Claude just needs to put the survey with different options like z) x) c) v) something that resembles that I am responding the survey specifically and not the refactor that I am working on...

Steps to Reproduce

1) run Claude on gitbash
2) create a feature with plan steps
3) start interacting with your plan (normally you get 1,2,3,4 options)
4) then anthropic sends a question/survey... with the option 1,2,3,4 too same as my plan...

that's not good, please change the options to be something different for your surveys, use letters or other key strokes

just make a long plan, with multiple phases

Start working and interacting with claude
it always shows 1,2,3, for this plan

then an anthropic survey appears, and it shows 1,2,3, again, since I am reading the fndings that Claude provided for my plan, those options selected for the survey should be letter specific and preferentially some that are not in the plan, like Z ) X) , C), V) and so on... that will make sure I am responding the survey and not options from
