[BUG] dialogs keep popping up while im typing.

What's Wrong?

when im typing something into the chat, claude will pop up dialogs which i dont see, causing me to inadvertently select a dialog option without noticing it. or at least itll make me retype things repeatedly.

What Should Happen?

cli should check for typing activity before popping up a dialog or at least emit a sound of some kind so i know to look at the screen instead of the keyboard.
