"Usage limit reached" message continues popping up after using reset

What happened
"Usage limit reached" message continues popping up and stopping work despite my limits not being reached. This only occurred after using my limit reset. If I send a message saying I still have usage left then Claude resumes working for a bit but appears to stop again and display the "Usage limit reached" message after using only a portion of the remaining usage. (This occurred almost immediately after using my reset, and I have usage remaining on both the 5hr and weekly limits.)
