[BUG] Claude Code desktop - Usage limit reached - while session reset

What's Wrong?

Im using latest version of Claude Desktop on Windows 10
v. 1.3561.0(fbc74b) when Im oppening claude desktop there is a message Usage limit reached
while there is no problem inside claude.ai or claude code trogough browser - only claude code desktop

What Should Happen?

Claude should reset limit properly and set it to active

Usage limit reached

Steps to Reproduce

I normally used it and suddenly Usage limit reached appeared and didn`t reset at the declared time
