Claude AI usage limit reached and won't reset|1766502000

Bug Description
Hit my usage limit on 12/21 around 8PM and got the message " ⎿  Claude usage limit reached. Your limit will reset at 9am (America/Chicago).". It is now 9:33AM Cental and I am still getting the message. I stopped and restarted my Claude session.
