Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

In Claude Code desktop app (Cloud mode), the repository picker only shows 4 repositories, but my GitHub account (liukedi) has 11 accessible repositories.

Visible in picker (4):

  • liukedi/LoreCore-AI-notetaker
  • Jiananliu12138/DH2643_Cookio_frontend
  • Lin-Hi/cookio-backend
  • liukedi/weread2notion-pro

Missing from picker (7):

  • liukedi/Profile-Figma-2025
  • liukedi/englishCV
  • liukedi/Personal-Application-Archieve
  • liukedi/CV_Kedi
  • liukedi/englishCVLatex
  • Dandelight/bazi
  • liukedi/under18

The 4 visible repos appear to be ones with recent activity. The missing repos include both public and private repositories.

This appears to be the same backend repository indexing issue reported in #27155, #60637, and others.

GitHub username: liukedi
Platform: Claude Code desktop, Cloud mode, Windows

What Should Happen?

All 11 repositories that my GitHub account (liukedi) has access to should appear in the repository picker.
