Bug Description
Cloud Routines: the repository picker shows "No repositories found" and I can't select a repo. The Claude GitHub App is installed on my personal GitHub account "NewLifemarketing" with All-repositories access and read+write permissions (installed today). My private repos (ar-seo-system and ardesignbuild-site, both owned by NewLifemarketing) do not appear in the routine's repository selector. My claude.ai account is "Rudy" on the team "Newlifemarketing". Creating a routine via the API returns 401 "Connect your GitHub account before saving a routine that uses a GitHub repository." What I've already tried: reinstalling the GitHub App, signing out/in of claude.ai, and reconnecting from claude.ai/code — reconnecting only shows the GitHub App authorize screen, never a separate OAuth "Authorize Claude" screen, and github.com/settings/applications → Authorized OAuth Apps does not list Claude. It looks like the GitHub App is installed but my claude.ai account is not OAuth-linked to GitHub, and there's no UI path to complete that link. Possibly an identity mismatch between my claude.ai login (Rudy) and the GitHub account that owns the repos (NewLifemarketing). How do I complete the GitHub account/OAuth connection so private repos appear in the routine repository picker?
