Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

The repository picker in the Claude Code mobile app shows "No repositories found"
despite the Claude GitHub App being installed with access to my repositories.

GitHub username: NarniaStudio
Platform: Claude Code mobile app (Android)
Model shown: Fable 5

This appears to be the same backend repository indexing issue reported in
#34523, #57850, #60493, #60637, #61019, #64293, #65601, #75233.

Request: Please trigger a backend repository index reset for my account.

What Should Happen?

The repository picker should show all repositories that the Claude GitHub App
has been granted access to.
