  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

Description: Reinstalled the Claude GitHub App on my organization with "All repositories" selected, and again with a few private ones selected only.

Disconnected and reconnected GitHub in claude.ai settings. The web picker simply doesn't show up with any repos. Even if I paste the URL directly as suggested in another issue.

Request: Please trigger a backend repository index reset for my GitHub account: @keinsaasforever

Related issues: #60493, #27155.

What Should Happen?

The organization repositories should appear in the dropdown list, or be accessible immediately by searching for the repository name or pasting the direct URL.
