[BUG] Repository not indexed in Claude Code picker - tested 3 fresh public repos

What's Wrong?
My GitHub repositories never appear in Claude Code's repository picker.
The search returns "No matching repository" every time.
What Should Happen?
My GitHub repositories should appear when I type their name in the
repository picker, so I can select one to start a session.
Error Messages/Logs
"Aucun dépôt ne correspond" / "No matching repository"
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a public repository on GitHub (tested with 3 different repos)
- Verify Claude GitHub App has "All repositories" access
- Open Claude Code Desktop or claude.ai/code
- Click "Select a repository"
- Type the repo name
- Result: "No matching repository" appears every time

Verified setup:
- GitHub App installed with "All repositories"
- Toggled All/Selected and back
- GitHub Desktop signed in with correct account
- Reinstalled Claude Code Desktop
- Multiple logout/login cycles
- Waited 10+ minutes after each repo creation
