[BUG] Repos no longer visible in claude.ai/code repo picker after update (worked until Jul 16, 2026)

What's wrong?
The repository picker in Claude Code on the web (claude.ai/code) no longer shows any of my repositories. It worked fine until July 16, 2026 and stopped after an update.
Setup:
- GitHub username: Dennis131291
- Claude GitHub App installed on my personal account with "All repositories" access - verified as installed AND authorized (github.com/settings/installations + authorized GitHub Apps)
- Platform: Claude Code on the web, browser on Windows
What I've tried (all without success):
- Hard refresh / re-login
- Verified GitHub App installation and authorization on GitHub
- Disconnected and reconnected the GitHub integration in claude.ai Settings -> Connectors (now shows "Connected", repos still missing)
Expected:
All repositories the Claude GitHub App has access to should appear in the repo picker.
This matches the known backend repository indexing issue (#18467, #27155, #75233). Please trigger a backend repository index reset for GitHub user Dennis131291.
