[BUG] Claude Pro subscription auto-terminated and refunded after 2 days, no violations, no suspension, no user action

What's Wrong?
Purchased Claude Pro on May 31 2026 via Visa debit.
After 2 days, account was silently downgraded to Free
and a refund invoice was emailed with no explanation,
no suspension notice, and no policy violation warning
What Should Happen?
Claude Pro subscription should remain active for the
full billing period until manually cancelled by the user.
No cancellation or refund should occur without user action.
Error Messages/Logs
No error messages. Billing page shows status: "Refunded"

Steps to Reproduce

- Account automatically downgraded to Free plan
