What's Wrong?
Hi, I purchased a 1-month Claude Pro subscription about 8 days ago, but it seems to have disappeared and I no longer have access to Pro features. Could you please check what happened and restore my subscription? I can provide any details if needed. Thank you.
What Should Happen?
Please restore my subscription as soon as possible.

Steps to Reproduce
Purchase a 1-month Claude Pro subscription using my account ([your email]) via [payment method].
Confirm that Pro features are active immediately after purchase.
Continue using the account normally for several days.
After about 8 days, log in again to the same account.
Observe that the Claude Pro subscription is no longer active and Pro features are gone.
Expected Result:
The 1-month subscription should remain active for the full duration (30 days).
Actual Result:
The subscription disappeared after ~8 days, removing access to Pro features.
