[BUG] Purchased extra usage, and enabled extra usage, but still shows "You've hit your limit"

• Purchased extra usage with receipt
• Extra usage enabled in settings
• Still getting limit message in Claude Code
• Issue persists after trying all troubleshooting steps

What Should Happen?

I should have been able to proceed, but still can't after about 30 minutes.
