[BUG] Billing Plan name not updated in CLI as well as VS Code /usage even though i had upgraded from Pro to max 2 days ago

Billing Plan name not updated in CLI as well as VS Code /usage after upgrade

What Should Happen?

Billing Plan name should be updated in CLI as well as VS Code /usage after upgrade

Steps to Reproduce

1. Subscribe to Pro plan.
2. Upgrade to Max plan.
3. Claude Code CLI will still have the old plan name
4. Claude Code VS Code plugin /usage also has the old plan name.
