[BUG] Says that i'm out of extra usage even though I upgraded to the max 20x plan

What's Wrong?

I'm trying to use Claude Code right now, but it says that I have run out of organizational usage limits. Even though I just upgraded to the max 20x plan, I'm able to use Claude Code in the terminal as well as chat, but not in the desktop Claude Code.

What Should Happen?

I should be able to use Claude code on the desktop.
